SYNOPSIS

After King of Gamblers KING (starring Andy Lau) and his buddy SKINNY DRAGON (Cheung Ga-fai) defeated MA GAU-WAI, they have been great partners. Together with DRAGON’s cousin SMARTY (Chan Pak-keung), they swindler a huge amount of money out of the wicked BIG EYE MAN’s underground casino. When the trio is about to enjoy the easy money, MAN’s gangs show up unexpectedly, run after them, and catch DRAGON near a seaside hotel.
