Asti and Umar, the employees of a Statistics Office, are assigned to update data in a remote village in a district in Sulawesi. Umar and Asti do not realize that the place where they are taking shelter is the house of the man who made a deal with the devil to become rich instantly. Difficult road access and long distances between houses become obstacles, so they are forced to live in the village for quite a long time. One day, Umar meets Rajeng, and they fall in love. Unknowingly, Rajeng entered into an agreement with her adoptive parents as the successor to the black magic they had. The arrival of Asti and Umar exposes various guises of the local villagers. Asti and Umar’s lives begin to feel threatened.

Asti dan Umar, pekerja Pejabat Perangkaan, ditugaskan untuk mengemas kini data di sebuah kampung terpencil di sebuah daerah di Sulawesi. Umar dan Asti tidak menyedari bahawa tempat mereka berteduh adalah rumah lelaki yang membuat perjanjian dengan syaitan untuk menjadi kaya serta-merta. Akses jalan yang sukar dan jarak yang jauh antara rumah menjadi penghalang sehingga terpaksa tinggal di kampung dalam tempoh yang agak lama. Suatu hari, Umar bertemu Rajeng, dan mereka jatuh cinta. Tanpa disedari, Rajeng mengadakan perjanjian dengan ibu bapa angkatnya sebagai pengganti ilmu hitam yang mereka miliki. Kedatangan Asti dan Umar mendedahkan pelbagai samaran penduduk kampung. Kehidupan Asti dan Umar mula terancam.
