The story follows a young graphic designer named Praew who gets a free stay in an old Thai-style wooden house at the back of her company’s garden. She invites her close friends Zen and Jo to move in with her.

However, they soon discover the house has one strict rule: every night at midnight (00:00), they must light a single stick of incense without fail or delay. Failing to do so means paying for their rent with their lives, as no one has ever left the house alive.
