Facebook Recruitment Contest

✦ The Organiser of this Contest is GSC MOVIES SDN BHD
✦ “Allegiant Squad Recruitment Contest” is a contest which will be divided into 2 phases:

Phase 1-squad recruitment contest
Phase 2-team challenges at Camp 5 Climbing Gym, 1 Utama

✦ The Contest Period runs from 1^st March to 14^th March, 2016.

Phase 1-Recruitment contest deadline on 14^th March 2016
Shortlisted contestants announcement: 15^th March 2016
Phase 2-Final event at Camp 5: 20^th March 2016

✦ To participate in the Contest, contestants are required to:

1. Form a squad of 2 members and post a picture of yourselves (Phase 1)
2. Entries can be submitted via GSC Movies’s Facebook Private Message or upload directly to your Instagram with #GSCMAllegiantSquad with a caption on how you conquered an extreme challenge. Kindly ensure that your Instagram profile is public.
3. Six (6) squads will be selected based on their captions to move on to Phase 2.
4. The 6 squads will be selected to move on to the final challenge at Camp 5 Climbing Gym, 1 Utama held on 20^th March 2016, 8.30am. (Phase 2)

✦ The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest at any time without prior notice.

✦ The Contest is open to any residents and permanent residents of Malaysia with valid NRIC.

✦ The following person shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:

✦ Employees, representatives, servants, and agents of the Organiser and its affiliated and related companies, including but not limited to advertising and promotion service providers; and their immediate family members, including but not limited to children, parents, siblings, and spouses.

✦ Contestants are required to include the following personal details if they are being requested – Full Name, NRIC Number, Contact Number, and Email Address. The Organiser and any party acting with consent on the Organiser’s behalf may use such details to communicate with contestants on matters relating to the Contest. Unless compelled by applicable legislation, the Organiser will not provide such information to any third party without permission.

✦ By submitting Materials to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD, you represent and warrant that the Materials do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the Materials to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

✦ You acknowledge and agree that materials submitted by you may be made available by GSC MOVIES SDN BHD for viewing, rating, reviewing and commenting by the public. You acknowledge that comments or ratings that you disagree with or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with Materials that you submit to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD. By submitting Materials to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD, you waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to the Materials submitted by you to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD.

✦ The Organiser retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property contained within the Wall Contest, and owns the copyright to all contents within.

✦ The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall automatically be disqualified.

✦ The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

✦ The decision of GSC MOVIES SDN BHD is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Prizes & Judging Criteria

✦ 1^st Prize: RM3,000 + movie merchandise & tix + CAT Watch + Red Bull Goodie Bag with “6-pack of Red Bull Less Sugar”
✦ 2^nd Prize RM2,000 + movie merchandise & tix + CAT Watch + Red Bull Goodie Bag with “6-pack of Red Bull Less Sugar”
✦ 3^rd Prize RM1,000 + movie merchandise & tix + CAT Watch + Red Bull Goodie Bag with “6-pack of Red Bull Less Sugar”

✦The prize giving ceremony at Camp 5 Climbing Gym, 1Utama.

✦ The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prize with article of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.

✦ Winners will be selected by The Organisers.

✦ The Organiser reserves the right to request written proof of personal information, including but not limited to NRIC number and age, of any Winner before the prize is dispatched or collected. Failure to provide such details upon request and/or notification from the Organiser will result in forfeit of prize.

Winners Announcement

✦ The decision of GSC MOVIES SDN BHD is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

✦ Shortlisted contestants will be announced on GSC Movies’ Facebook and Instagram pages.

✦ Shortlisted contestants will need to be able to make it to the final challenge on 20^th March 2016, 8.30am at Camp 5 Climbing Gym, 1 Utama or they will be disqualified while a replacement is selected. Transport and lodging are not provided.

✦ Final winners will be announced once selected after the challenge at Camp 5 Climbing Gym, 1 Utama.

✦ By taking part in the Contest, contestants agree to allow the Organiser the right to appoint any third party to conduct the verification of Winners and prize delivery and contestants agree that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of Winners to such third party to facilitate such services.

✦ By taking part in the Contest, contestants agree to allow the Organiser the right to reproduce submitted photos, captions, and/or their names for any purpose at any time in any media.

Disclaimer

✦No member, user or third parties are authorised to make any statements, opinions or contributions on behalf of the Organiser.

✦ The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Allegiant Squad Recruitment Contest at any time without prior notice.

✦ The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

✦ By entering the Contest, the contestant shall completely indemnify Facebook.
