Facebook Wall Contest

● The Organiser of this Contest is GSC MOVIES SDN BHD
● “12 Days of Christmas Giveaway” is a Facebook Wall Contest.
● The Contest Period runs from 14th Dec – 25th Dec, 2015.
● The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Facebook Wall Contest at any time without prior notice.
● The Contest is open to any residents and permanent residents of Malaysia with valid NRIC.
● The following person shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:
Employees, representatives, servants, and agents of the Organiser and its affiliated and related companies, including but not limited to advertising and promotion service providers; and their immediate family members, including but not limited to children, parents, siblings, and spouses.

● Contestants are required to include the following personal details if they are being requested:
Name, NRIC Number, Contact Number, and Email Address. The Organiser and any party acting with consent on the Organiser’s behalf may use such details to communicate with contestants on matters relating to the Contest. Unless compelled by applicable legislation, the Organiser will not provide such information to any third party without permission.

● To participate in the Contest, contestants are required to:

14th Dec: Tell us a short story while including 3 of our movie titles in it (movie must be distributed by GSC Movies).
15th Dec: Name a ROYCE’ chocolate and write a dedication message to someone special. Tag them in the post.
16th Dec: Guess the 4 movie soundtracks and list out the movies they are from in the correct order.
17th Dec: Upload a photo of you running in a marathon and #pumamalaysia.
18th Dec: Upload a picture of yourself and a friend in an outdoor excursion. Tag and send a greetings to your partner in the post too!
19th Dec: Share this post and join us at GSC 1 Utama, 7pm for Airwheel challenge, we will guide you along the way. Winners will stand a chance to walk back with the Airwheel!
20th Dec: Tell us what is SHURE’s main product and why SHURE is the best.
21st Dec: Share and tag your loved ones in the post. Tell us why you want to win this collection for your loved ones with a Christmas greeting!
22nd Dec: Share with us your most creative Christmas moment “wefie” #wefieiscasio #casiofr10, and tag CASIO EXILIM MALAYSIA FACEBOOK.
23rd Dec: Record a 15 sec video of you singing a Christmas song and upload onto Instagram with #GSCM12daysxmas. Contestants’ Instagram account must be set to public in order for entries to be viewable.
24th Dec: Tell us what features you would like a watch to have and how a movie character can use it in the movie he or she is acting in (movie must be distributed by GSC Movies).
25th Dec: Tell us your most memorable Christmas holiday getaway, and link to your Christmas getaway photo album (photo album must be set to public).

● Entries failing to perform the clauses (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) above will not be qualified.

● By submitting Materials to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD, you represent and warrant that the Materials do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the Materials to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

● Contestants may send in as many contest entries as they deem fit so long as each contest entry meets the aforementioned criteria. However, each contestant shall only be entitled to win ONE (1) contest prize.

● Contestant may submit their submission between 10am to 11.59pm in the comments section of the respective contest post.

● You acknowledge and agree that Materials submitted by you may be made available by GSC MOVIES SDN BHD for viewing, rating, reviewing and commenting by the public. You acknowledge that comments or ratings that you disagree with or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with Materials that you submit to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD. By submitting Materials to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD, you waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to the Materials submitted by you to GSC MOVIES SDN BHD.

● The Organiser retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property contained within the Wall Contest, and owns the copyright to all contents within.

● The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall automatically be disqualified.

● The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

● The decision of GSC MOVIES SDN BHD is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

● Judging criteria will be as below.

14th Dec: The most creative story wins.
15th Dec: The most imaginative wins.
16th Dec: The first who answered all correctly wins.
17th Dec: The photo that has the most likes, shares and comments wins.
18th Dec: The most exciting venture wins.
19th Dec: The most extraordinary balancing act wins.
20th Dec: Judge based on the correct and the most creative answer received.
21st Dec: The most creative caption wins
22nd Dec: The most creative wefie wins.
23rd Dec: The best singer wins.
24th Dec: The most imaginative wins.
25th Dec: The most exciting story wins.

● Daily challenge and prize to be won will be announced at 10am everyday at GSC Movies Facebook page.

● Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable.

● Winners will need to collect their prizes at GSC Movies Sdn Bhd headquarters (No.1, Jalan SS22/19, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia) or a designated prize giving ceremony to be determined at a later date.

● The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prize with article of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.

● Winners will be selected by The Organisers.

● Final decision is solely based solely on the entry’s creativity.

● The Organiser reserves the right to request written proof of personal information, including but not limited to NRIC number and age, of any Winner before the prize is dispatched or collected. Failure to provide such details upon request and/or notification from the Organiser will result in forfeit of prize.

Winners Announcement

● The decision of GSC MOVIES SDN BHD is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

● Winners of each challenge will be announced in the comments section of the respective contest post the following day at 10am.

● Winners will need to Facebook Private Message GSC MOVIES SDN BHD with their Full Name, NRIC Number, Contact Number, Email Address within 24 hours in order to be the eligible winner. Failing to do so, the winner will be disqualified. GSC MOVIES SDN BHD will select another winner as a replacement.

● By taking part in the Contest, contestants agree to allow the Organiser the right to appoint any third party to conduct the verification of Winners and prize delivery and contestants agree that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of Winners to such third party to facilitate such services.

● By taking part in the Contest, contestants agree to allow the Organiser the right to reproduce submitted photos, captions, and/or their names for any purpose at any time in any media.

● The Organiser reserves the right to review and modify these conditions of use at any time without prior notice.
