1. About “GSCM 10 Days To Christmas” Instagram Giveaway

 

The Organiser is GSC MOVIES SDN BHD.

 

“GSCM 10 Days To Christmas” is a set of 10 giveaways that will be held on the Instagram account of GSC Movies (@gscmovies).

 

To join, the contestant is required to complete the mechanics of the daily giveaway accordingly

 

“GSCM 10 Days To Christmas” Instagram Giveaway will run from 15^th to 24^th December 2017.

 

The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, re-schedule and or extend the Contest period, cancel, terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

 

By participating in this Contest, participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions forth in this article.

 

Each participant may submit more than one (1) entry throughout the Contest Period.

 

The following person shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:

 

a) Employees, representatives, servants, and agents of the Organiser and its affiliated and related companies, including but not limited to advertising and promotion service providers; and their immediate family members, including but not limited to children, parents, siblings, and spouses.

 

To participate in the Contest, contestants are required to:

 

i) Be 18 years old and above

 

ii) Be a resident or permanent resident of Malaysia with valid NRIC

 

iii) Complete the mechanics of the contest

 

Entries failing to perform the clauses (i, ii and iii) above will not be qualified.

 

The Organiser retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property contained within this Contest, and owns the copyright to all contents within.

 

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall automatically be disqualified.

 

The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

 

The decision of GSC MOVIES SDN BHD is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

 

2. Prize & Judging Criteria

 

Participants may only win one prize throughout the Contest period.

 

Each day, one GSC Movies Goodie Bundle + one GSC Movies VIP Card 2018 will be given away to ONE winner.

 

There are a total of 10 GSC Movies Goodie Bundle and 10 GSC Movies VIP Card 2018 to be given out during the Contest period.

 

Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable.

 

The winners residing in Klang Valley must collect the prize at GSC Movies Sdn Bhd headquarters (No.1, Jalan SS22/19, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia). Transportation cost for redeeming the prizes will be borne by the winners.

 

Prizes for winners residing outside Klang Valley will be posted.

 

NRIC has to be shown for identity verification for collection validity. Difference in provided name and name on NRIC will result in disqualification/forfeiture of the prize.

 

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prize with article of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.

 

Final decision will be based on the highest score (number of correct answers and the fastest timing combined). Should there be more than one contestant who hold the exact amount of correct answers with the same timing, the first to participate is deemed the winner.

 

The Organiser reserves the right to request written proof of personal information, including but not limited to NRIC number and age, of any Winner before the prize is dispatched or collected. Failure to provide such details upon request and/or notification from the Organiser will result in forfeit of prize.

 

3. Winners Announcement

 

Winners from the 10 Contests will be announced via GSC Movies Instagram page on 25^th December.

 

Once winners are announced, he/she will have to provide GSC Movies with his/her details within two (2) weeks. Any winner(s) failing to do so will be deemed forfeited.

 

For winners residing in Klang Valley, prizes not collected within 1 month from the date of notification will be forfeited and any enquires thereafter will not be entertained.

 

For winners residing outside Klang Valley, prizes will be posted by 31^st Jan 2018.

 

The decision of GSC MOVIES SDN BHD is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

 

4. Disclaimer

 

No member, user or third parties are authorised to make any statements, opinions or contributions on behalf of the Organiser.

 

The Organiser reserves the right to review and modify these conditions of use at any time without prior notice.

 

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

 

By entering the Contest, the contestant shall completely indemnify Facebook.

 

By taking part in the Contest, contestants agree to allow the Organiser the right to appoint any third party to conduct the verification of Winners and prize delivery and contestants agree that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of Winners to such third party to facilitate such services.

Please note that while there are always risks associated with providing personal data, whether in person, by phone or over the Internet, and no system of technology is completely safe, “tamper” or “hacker- proof”, The Service Provider does everything to prevent and minimize risks of unauthorized access to, improper use and the inaccuracy of your personal information.
