A quirky teenager, WILL BURTON (Gaelan Connell) is used to being bullied or is completely stunned when CHARLOTTE BANKS (Alyson Michalka), a gifted singer-songwriter and popular cheerleader, asks WILL to manage her fledgling rock band.
